Sport and exercise
Catherine is an expert in movement analysis and exercise prescription, incorporating this into running, cycling and other sport-related injuries to ensure you return to your fitness goals as soon as possible. The Physio2Fit clinic is a multipurpose space, allowing you to return to exercise confidently - whether that be a daily dog walk, or an ultra marathon - under the professional guidance of a clinician. Catherine has over 10 years experience working within a gym; she can provide practical, meaningful feedback about your movements, allowing you to refine your technique specifically to you, and prevent recurring injury. Catherine is also a physiotherapist qualified to teach pilates and yoga and can incorporate this into rehab whenever needed.
